WATCH: The shots that destroyed Team USA on the 2nd day of the President’s Cup

Looks like we spoke too soon on the outcome at the President’s Cup. Team International bared its fangs and met the US Team blow-for-blow, finally puncturing holes in the Americans’ lead until they drew level at 4-4. Surprisingly, it wasn’t Jason Day who powered up and unleashed his hidden skills upon the public.  A large part of their current draw is thanks to the efforts of one Bae Sang-Moon, who was very, very comfortable indeed on home turf. The South Korean made an amazing 12-foot birdie that brought him and partner Danny Lee to a draw with Rickie Fowler and Jimmy Walker. That one winning stroke set off a victorious chain reaction for the International Team, with Louis Oosthuizen and Branden Grace besting Dustin Johnson and Jordan Spieth and Thongchai Jaidee and Charl Schwartzel defeating Bill Haas and Chris Kirk.

Of course, no appraisal of Bae’s outstanding performance would be complete without, well, the performance itself. Without further ado…

Of course, let’s not neglect to credit the other guys for their badassery. Here’s the 60-footer that showed Dustin and Jordan that Oosthuizen meant business.

And here’s how Charl Schwartzel hammered in that last nail into the coffin.
