Rashford May Not Be Able To Go To Euro 2016 Despite Making Squad

Marcus Rashford’s fairy tale story of unknown Manchester United youth player to England’s Euro 2016 squad has hit its first hiccup.

After Roy Hodgson’s surprising decision to include the young striker in his final 23 for France, news emerged that the Red Devils forward may not be able to go.

Marcus is grounded for the summer after I caught him sneaking out of his bedroom window.

It was well past Marcus’ bedtime when I heard rustling outside in the front garden.

Pretty certain I saw Mrs’ Sterling’s son, Raheem, and Mr Alli’s boy, Dele, biking off down the road when they heard me come outside to catch Marcus.

Roy Hodgson has pleaded with Mrs Rashford to lift the ban, however, unlike the English FA, she is strong and consistent when it comes to suspensions.

England fans have taken to social media to plead with Rashford’s old dear to let him on the plane to France, with the hashtag #GroundJackWilshereInstead trending on Twitter.

It will be a major blow to United’s next Federico Macheda if his decline as a promising youngster is made to wait a little bit longer.
