U.S. Ryder Cup Team crashes Patriots Stadium

The Ryder Cup team, plus a few extras, crashed the Gillete Stadium while the Patriots were away.

Most of the team are in town for the Deutsche Bank Championship at TPC Boston. What better way to celebrate being in bean town than taking over Gillete stadium?

All of the players were given #1 jersey’s, save for one. Peep Jim Furyk’s jersey..

Mr. 58, as they called him, received the 58 jersey for recently breaking the PGA Tour low score with that number. Does this mean Furyk is a low key captains pick? Even though he didn’t make the top 8, he’s still a vice captain and could be chosen!

The crew hit a few shots on the stadium field and were careful not to make any divots.

Ok, they had a matt to play off but still..

They also had the chance to marvel at the trophy room, representing four Super Bowl wins.

What a great way to bond as a team.
