How would the New York Red Bulls cope in the Premier League?

There’s still a lot of ignorance outside the United States and Canada regarding the standard of growth of Major League Soccer as a league. 

The problem the MLS is encountering is that, in football, once an opinion is formed it’s very hard to shake it, no matter what you do.

Sure, it has been fair to previously call the standard below-par, a retirement home for high-profile footballers and everything in between. However, those stigmas remain, despite them no longer being true.

So how would one of MLS’ biggest team, New York Red Bulls, cope across the pond in the top flight of English football?
