The West Ham winger hand delivered a signed shirt of his, that he had promised for a charity in Birmingham, after he left it too late to post – it’s always funny visualising famous people doing mundane, normal tasks like the rest of us; Zlatan Ibrahimovic hoovering, Kevin De Bruyne pegging out washing or how about Per Mertesacker getting his passport photo done.

Antonio has made back-to-back England squads, with Gareth Southgate agreeing with predecessor, Sam Allardyce, that the Hammers unit deserves some Three Lions recognition.
