No room for Ibrahimovic as Gary Neville names his Manchester United XI

Gary Neville, the former Manchester United captain was more lost in Spain than Prince William would be in Benidorm. Still, the right-back trumps any pundit in the beautiful game, despite being more David Moyes than Sir Alex Ferguson when in the hot seat.

With the Sky pundit spouting a more thorough insight on football than Stephen Fry on general shit in a QI episode, the former England international carries plenty of weight when arguing who should be in the United XI.

So, is Jose Mourinho going to take any notice? Or continue to play a washed up 35-year-old up top, and a certain Belgian bloke who makes John Obi Mikel – or whatever his name is – look good.

Agree with, G. Nev? The right-back hasn’t got the best track record on picking teams, be it for England or Valencia, so perhaps it’s a bit far fetched to be jumping through hurdles at this United team.

Still, would definitely like to see more of the OAP, Carrick this season. Ironic how an arm chair boy could carry more influence than a 23-year-old who’s had more hair cuts than a 35-year-old.
