Tiger 11 Behind Leader Spieth

Tiger Woods looked rusty today – really rusty. Woods carded a 5-over-par 77 and is last in the 18-man field at the Hero World Challenge.

“It’s weird,” Woods said. “I didn’t think I hit it that bad. My short game was awful.”

The real story might be Jordan Spieth. Fresh off a dominating victory at the Australian Open, the 21 year old finds himself atop the leaderboard after a 6-under 66 gave him a one-shot lead.

“I’m excited about the start to this week,” Speith said. “I’m excited about how last week went and kind of riding the momentum.”
