Ian poulter spent a weekend in Vegas with his friends and the banter was flowing. The world number 56 owns five Ferraris and once personally chartered a private jet to qualify for the Ryder Cup team, so it’s safe to say he’s a man of excess.

He is a well known fan of Arsenal FC and regularly posts about the London based club.

Loved it at the @Arsenal today. Said hello to @jackwilshere top lad. Big season for the Arsenal.

So when Darren Clarke told the player he’d bought him a signed shirt Poults must have been very excited..

Here’s the video. You can fill in the blanks!!!????

There was a problem though. The shirt wasn’t from his beloved Arsenal it was from their main rivals Tottenham Hotspur FC. Normally Poults is the one ruffling feathers on social media but it was European Ryder Cup Captain Darren Clarke who had the last laugh. Anyone who knows anything about the English Premier League is well aware of the animosity between the Gunners and Tottenham. If you live across the pond and don’t know, check this out…
