Rory McIlroy’s Twitter Account Gets Trolled By Fellow Professionals

Rory is known for being good with fans, so when he tweeted to his followers and encouraged them to enter a competition he got the usual frenzied response.


 
One such fan wasn’t afraid to peddle the fact he had a 7-year-old daughter, posting an image of her in a futile attempt to persuade the Norther Irishman to part with the tickets.

What Rory didn’t anticipate was that Justin Thomas and Adam Scott would get on the banter train.
 

Rory quickly replied to Thomas with the suggestion that he should arrive at 2.00 pm on Sunday, the tee time of the final pairing.

Adam Scott, the Australian Casanova, a.k.a “the guy you don’t introduce to your girlfriend,” also boarded the banter wagon. He suggested Justin Thomas should invite him as a plus one as penitence for beating him by one shot at the CIMB Classic in early December.
