You’re Fired: Trump boots biographer from golf course

Despite the New Year Ball dropping, Donald Trump continues with the same old nonsense. In his latest incident, the President-elect hit the links when he was confronted by Harry Hurt III.

For those who don’t know, Harry Hurt wrote “Lost Tycoon: The Many Lives Of Donald J. Trump.” The book doesn’t exactly flatter Trump, so you can guess Donald wasn’t pleased. New Year’s Eve, Hurt played a round with billionaire David Koch and two associates. The two ran into each other on the practice range and here’s what went down.

Hurt approached the President-elect to congratulate him on winning the 2016 election, but you know Trump can’t let anything sit. Apparently, Trump told Hurt:

“You were rough on me, Harry. Really rough. That [expletive] you wrote.”

After Hurt asserted everything he wrote in 1993 was true, Trump had enough and said it was “inappropriate” for Hurt to play at Trump International. Several sides of the story dispute whether security was involved, but Hurt’s foursome left to play at Emerald Dunes nearby.

Whatever happened, Hurt took to Facebook reporting the event:

The situation looks bad on both sides. I mean, Donald Trump certainly shouldn’t kick people off his golf course, this isn’t the Celebrity Apprentice. But Harry Hurt had to know what was coming after introducing himself to the President Elect. Trump just can’t let go, even if the book came out the year I was born.

No one is safe from getting shade from Trump, not even me. Come to think of it, is Trump the Ian Poulter of politics?
