Under Armour makes exciting equipment announcement

Under Armour lovers rejoice! Now you can have your favorite brand on your back two different ways, against your skin and as skin for your clubs.

The company just announced that they are going to start selling their own line of golf bags, made by Sun Mountain. The bags will be up for grabs in April, just in time for the warm weather to kick in.

The collection will have two stand bags and one cart bag, selling for $240-$260 a pop. This is a tad pricier than the average golf bag but UA lovers will recognize the quality in their creations. Two out of the three bags are water resistant and have 9+ pockets for all of your gadgets and beers.

This is the UA Storm Speedround stand bag, the cheapest and lightest of the three bags. ($240)

The next bag, the UA Storm Match Play stand bag will definitely be the top seller. You can never go wrong with an American themed golf bag. Just looking at it reminds me of Jordan Spieth, coincidence? I think not. ($260)

The UA Storm Armada, the only cart bag in the collection, uses classic blues to appeal to the every day golfer. The contrast between the green fairway and the blue bag will look flawless on the course.

The bag has a 10.5” wide top with a 14-way divider and 10 pockets, enough space to store even the stuffiest golfers’ ego. ($260)

There it is, the UA golf bag collection. Not too shabby, eh?

How about these golf gloves? Not sure if they’re on the market but they would be a great purchase for any salty friends. I bet Brady would get that American style golf bag and the glove, seeing as he can’t wear the rings all the time! Perfect solution.

This announcement comes surprisingly close to Nike’s release of their refurbished Air Jordan I golf shoe. The golf equipment industry is getting a lot of attention as of late, especially with current pro golfers switching clubs pretty frequently.

It’s nice to see the focus aim towards consumers, with the golf season rearing its warm and cozy head in a few months. Is that too much of a me, me, me attitude? Deal with it.
