Remember when this PGA Tour pro proposed at Pebble Beach?

Do you remember when Mark Hubbard used the 18th green at Pebble Beach to propose to his long time girlfriend? Well we’re here to remind you!

Hubbard, then a PGA Tour rookie, used the jumbotron that usually highlighted scores or players in action, to reveal a very intimate question not so intimately. After making par and finishing up the 2015 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am with an even 72, Hubbard got down on one knee and asked his girlfriend of 7 years to marry him.

Thankfully she said “yes”, and the two shared their blissful moment with thousands of other golf fans. The weather was beautiful and altogether an amazing moment for the happy couple.

Pebble Beach will always be special for these two lovebirds. Not a bad place to remember back on. The two are now happily married and recently went on their honeymoon to French Polynesia.

Hubbard is still looking for his first Top 10 on Tour. He’s currently sitting at T27, but maybe if the weather clears he can channel those good feelings and finish on top.

WAG proof that PGA Tour golfers are overachievers
